Frequently Asked Questions

Following are the most frequently asked questions about Arison and the answers to those questions:

Q: How can I be sure Arison has enough experience to meet my insurance needs?
A:

All of Arison’s senior sales executives and account service support personnel are seasoned insurance specialists with more than 760 collective years experience serving the industry.

Q: As an HR manager, I want to make sure the company that develops my company’s employee group benefits plan has a dedicated service team to back it up?
A: Arison is a strong believer in the team concept. Your dedicated team will consist of a senior sales executive, an account service coordinator, a billing and claims specialist and an account manager for those groups with special needs. You will know them by name and you will have direct access to their services.
Q: I’m just a small business. Right now, there are just three employees and me. I’m probably too small for Arison to handle.
A: On the contrary, Arison has more than 2200 accounts with fewer than 50 employees. They get the same treatment and dedicated team that our largest account gets.
Q:

My company employs more than a hundred people with locations out of state. Can a company like Arison really take on our account?

A: Yes we can. Arison already has several clients with more than 500 employees. Our largest client employs 3600. In addition to Kentucky and Indiana, Arison is also licensed to do business in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Ohio, Maine, New Hampshire, Nevada, and New Mexico.
Q: I’m looking for individual insurance. Doesn't Arison just sell employee group insurance?
A: While the bulk of Arison sales derives from employee group insurance, Arison serves 1700 individual clients. Individual plans that we currently offer include Health, Disability, Long Term Care, Medicare Supplement, and Life.
Q: A large percentage of my employee issues relate to billing and claims. I spend a lot of time resolving these issues. How can Arison help me with this problem?
A: Arison has dedicated billing/claim specialists that you can contact directly to assist you with these issues. If you are having difficulty with your current insurance company, you won't when you switch to Arison.
Q: I don’t have a human resource department, so it’s hard to keep up with all the federal laws and regulations involving employee benefits.
A: Arison is thoroughly familiar with the federal laws and regulations, including COBRA, HIPPA, ERISA, and PHI and can answer any questions you may have. Think of us as your own human resource department.
